Smart Home USA brings home automation products to thousands of customers around the world. They came to Web Bliss looking for a refresh that would show that, while they’re focused on helping their customers optimize their lives, they hadn’t forgotten to take care of the “little” things at home. As you can imagine, their users were increasingly moving towards more sophisticated shopping experiences and using their iPads and iPhones to do more of that work.
We worked with their internal team to brand, design and increase the usability of their existing web site, while putting together a plan that provides a foundation that they can build on for years to come. You can find us writing code for their ecommerce store, creating integrations to third party products and establishing new marketing avenues – all to support their mission of providing the best customer service in the smart home automation space.
